The story of Catarina and Constantine tells of wisdom, moral values, power of will, compassion and righteousness.

It is as relevant today as it was then and it is an inspiration to us all. To compose music for such an important and pivotal part of our common history, is a great responsibility and will be immensely satisfying. I aim to write music with as much depth and realism as the story it will support, with the scope to match the ancient and wondrous world in which it is set and to make the score as iconic and memorable as the film will surely be. An opera of sight and sound harmony". Knut Avenstroup Haugen.
